Broken Bow Western is looking for a reliable, hardworking Line Cook to join our food truck team. This role is a great fit for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, and enjoys being part of a fun, high-energy venue.

This position includes both pre-production and service, so we’re looking for someone who can help with prep, execute orders efficiently during service, and keep the food truck running smoothly.

Position Details

Pay: $22/hr + tips
Schedule: Part-time or full-time available
Hours: Evening and weekend availability required
Location: Broken Bow Western food truck
Experience: 1 year preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep tasks before service

  • Cook and assemble menu items during service

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe food truck workspace

  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

  • Restock stations and communicate needs with the team

  • Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties

  • Work efficiently during busy service periods

Requirements

  • Current driver’s license required

  • Personal transportation required

  • Evening and weekend availability required

  • 1 year of line cook or kitchen experience preferred

  • Must be reliable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Willingness to learn and take direction

About the Role

This is a hands-on kitchen position with room to grow. The ideal candidate is dependable, positive, and comfortable jumping in wherever needed — from prep to service to keeping the truck clean and ready to go.
